Operating as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Range Telephone Cooperative since 1991, DTE serves over two thousand six hundred subscribers. Dubois Telephone Exchange, Inc. provides quality local access services at reasonable rates to our rural Wyoming and Colorado customers. DTE also provides a full range of custom calling features, broadband access to the Internet, interstate and intrastate equal access and advanced communications services including custom marketing/advertising consultation services and Internet site development.
